Occupational Therapist

Sara Basch is an Occupational Therapist with a Masters's Degree from the University of Southern California and a background in Music Therapy. She specializes in adult, geriatric and neurologic rehabilitation and currently works in the home health setting. She enjoys developing programs that help people improve their physical and cognitive function and live safe and optimal lifestyles. Programs include music and Movement Therapy, Comprehensive Fall Prevention, and fatigue management. In her free time, she likes to travel, play guitar, hike, and spend time at the beach.
